Updating Internal Records: Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Administrative Manager to ensure all internal documents are current and accurate. Attendance Management: Ensure all staff members are accounted for and ready for their assigned shifts without issues. Special Requests & Cross-Department Support: Assist with special administrative requests as needed and provide support when the Operations team is required for projects or processes in other departments. Requirements: Background in Business , Engineering , or Administration . 1 year of relevant experience. B2 English proficiency or higher.
