Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Research Director to lead our Customer Insights team. This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility of being 100% remote. You will work directly with key clients, oversee project delivery from proposal to execution, and support a talented Insights team along the way. Your insights will help shape decisions that matter in pet healthcare or animal nutrition. Key responsibilities include driving commercial targets, supporting proactive business development, and managing team members. You will also design study approaches, manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee data collection processes, lead data analysis and reporting, write client research reports, and present results to clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in Customer Insights Market Research, excellent project management skills, and fluency in English.
