Teleperformance is looking for a Genesys Consultant Specialist with experience in Genesys Cloud, responsible for understanding and analyzing client's business processes to ensure the effective integration of both new and existing technologies. This role is key to developing tailored solutions that add value for the client and deliver operational benefits to the organization. The individual will be responsible for gathering and managing requirements, ensuring these are translated into solutions that meet the client's needs and maximize service quality. Responsibilities: Map and present new technologies or solution prototypes to the client and/or operations that could optimize existing processes. Analyze the client's operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to implement effective, high-impact solutions. Evaluate the feasibility of implementing projects with in-house tools or external vendors, ensuring alignment with the client's and TP's goals. Offer high-value solutions that strengthen the relationship with the client, fostering trust and loyalty towards TP. Understand and thoroughly document the client's requirements, clearly defining expectations and scope in the requirements document. Collaborate closely with TP's technical teams, sharing the requirements and ensuring the project scope is met. Maintain continuous and effective communication with the client and operations, providing updates on schedules, potential obstacles, alternative solutions, and progress made. Train the operations team, including executives and instructors, on the efficient use of developed applications. Requirements: Degree in Engineering: Electronics, Telecommunications, Systems, Industrial, or Administrative. Experience from 3 to 5 years on digital transformation and technology projects. Experience in the implementation and/or consulting for clients using Genesys. English proficiency B2. Genesys Cloud certification (desirable).
