Job Description The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management skills, including planning, organizing, scheduling, directing, merchandising, training, recruiting, and customer service. Main Responsibilities: - To effectively manage a high-volume retail store and ensure its profitability by developing and implementing effective strategies for sales growth and donation acquisition. - To supervise associates and clients in the day-to-day operations of the store, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities. - To maintain accurate records and reports, including sales receipts, inventory levels, and bank deposits, and to reconcile discrepancies promptly. - To develop and implement effective merchandising displays and coordinate sales promotion activities to drive sales growth and enhance the shopping experience. - To process and stock merchandise, ensuring that it is accurately labeled, dated, and priced, and that all visual displays are well-maintained and visually appealing. - To perform general housekeeping, custodial, and janitorial duties as scheduled and assigned, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. - To attend training sessions and manager meetings as scheduled, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
