Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical or professional education in systems engineering or related fields, with experience in platform administration to support the configuration, operation, and monitoring of cloud environments - primarily Microsoft Azure and multicloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate in the basic configuration and administration of solutions in Microsoft Azure and multicloud environments. - Support the implementation and maintenance of automations using tools such as Terraform. - Participate in daily operations and incident resolution tasks related to cloud infrastructure. - Contribute to the enforcement of security best practices, following established guidelines. - Assist in the integration of basic ITSM processes (such as incident and change management) into cloud operations. - Support monitoring and observability tasks, ensuring proper platform performance. - Collaborate with DevOps and development teams, gaining knowledge of CI/CD and continuous integration practices. Requirements: - Experience in administration of Microsoft Azure and/or multicloud platforms. - Basic usage of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform. - Understanding of monitoring, alerts, logs, and familiarity with tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Datadog, or similar. - General knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. - Familiarity with networking, security concepts, and basic cloud architecture. - Understanding of basic ITSM processes (incident, change, and ticket management), ideally using tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
