The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting lead outreach, managing CRM tracking, and contributing to promotional campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales and marketing career who's eager to grow, learn, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic, design-driven space. Key Responsibilities:








Build and maintain prospect lists (event planners, venues, corporate event leads, etc.) Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media platforms Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in a CRM or spreadsheet system Assist with marketing initiatives - email campaigns, promotions, and social media content Coordinate seasonal outreach efforts around holidays and peak event times Foster strong client communication and ensure prospects feel engaged and informed Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM tools (Streak experience is a plus) Confident in initiating cold or warm outreach to potential clients Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, creative business Able to work independently and manage daily tasks proactively Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in sales or marketing for events, hospitality, or creative services Familiarity with design platforms or social media marketing tools Resume Submission Guidelines:
