We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our clients IT support team in the Health Care industry, in Bogota, Colombia . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting Windows-based systems, experience with printers and help desk operations, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals. Requirements : Fluent communication in English (B2 level or Higher). At least 2 years of technical support and troubleshooting skills on Windows PCs and basic Networking skills. Experience with Printers and Help Desk Support. Knowledge of various Operating Systems like Windows 10, 11 Pro. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
