Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst I to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in unlocking business potential by identifying and recovering errors and discrepancies in client data. Main Responsibilities: Conduct thorough audits of client data to identify areas for improvement and recovery opportunities without supervision. Produce claims based on identified discrepancies and ensure compliance with contracts and agreements. Develop bilateral relationships with vendors to optimize processes and maximize profits. Provide senior-level input and research on challenged claims, analyze and assess problems related to client claims procedures and business operations. Perform quality control audits for less experienced auditors and share best practices to drive continuous improvement. Train junior staff members on audit concepts and techniques. Requirements: Minimum 2-3+ years of professional experience in Accounting/Auditing with a strong understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with core ERP systems and ability to adapt quickly. Excellent communication skills (B2+) with English as primary language; French proficiency a plus.
