Develop and maintain advanced reporting and data quality dashboards to clearly communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and clients. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to retrieve, compile, and clean raw data supporting reporting needs. 3. Apply advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools to conduct thorough and efficient data analysis informing decision-making. 4. Prepare campaign performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. 5. Direct and manage projects using project management tools to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparent communication of progress. 6. Ensure meticulous documentation and regular updates of current operations and practices. 7. Enhance GroupM's commerce analytics capabilities to best-in-class levels, staying informed on industry trends/innovations and driving new analytics initiatives contributing to client business goals. Minimum Requirements: 1. 3-5 years of hands-on analytical experience. 2. Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field. 3. Proficient in Tableau / PowerBI for dashboarding and data visualization. 4. Proficient in SQL, Python/R for data analysis and manipulation. 5. Basic understanding of ETL processes and familiarity with data management/engineering platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Datorama. 6. Experienced with Microsoft Office applications for report creation, presentations, and analyses including advanced Excel functions and formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, and Power Query. 7. Ability to analyze data and develop insights informing strategy and optimization. 8. Strong verbal and written communications skills at all levels; ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 9. Drive to understand retail landscapes and latest commerce media trends. 10. Collaboration and teamwork skills working effectively with internal teams and external partners. 11. Strong problem-solving skills optimizing repetitive tasks and employing systems approaches for effective solutions. 12. Self-starter attitude thriving in dynamic environments. Given the nature of the remote/hybrid role, the job requires execution within Colombian territory. Candidates must be domiciled and have work permits in the national territory. The contract does not imply relocation outside the country.
