Responsibilities / Tasks Provide support to managers and employees on HR policies and processes. Assist with employee documentation, benefits policies and travel insurance. Provide guidance on employee inquiries. Contribute to HR projects as needed. Your Profile / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or Industrial Engineering. 2+ years of HR experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one secondary language such as: Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French. Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
