**Job Summary** The Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless employment, recruiting and staffing processes within the organization. This position is responsible for facilitating the efficient placement of quality candidates while providing exceptional support to both internal stakeholders and external applicants. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the hiring process from pre-employment screening to effective start date, including travel, relocation, security clearances, and visa coordination. - Act as the primary point of contact for new recruits, supporting them throughout the interview process and keeping them informed along the way. - Screen, evaluate and conduct reference checks on candidates; maintain accurate requisition and advertising databases. - Stay up-to-date on recruiting requirements, standards and processes for each business group, Product Lines and functions. - Support the staffing needs of new businesses and cross-Product Line initiatives. - Maintain detailed records of new employee files and Human Resources documents. - Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and recruiting files to support future activity. - Organize logistics for all assessment sessions. - Assist with coaching and development of new team members. - Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. - Evaluate compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation. Qualifications: - Advanced (C1) or Native level of Portuguese and Advanced (B2 - C1) level of English. - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, International Affairs, International Business Administration or related field. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruiting or HR Services.
