Cultivate an open, nurturingculture with a focus on training and coaching to overcomechallenges and enhance team effectiveness. 6. Provide recruitmentguidance and solutions to hiring managers across the group,ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Candidate Profile1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, BusinessAdministration, or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience,preferably in media or digital marketing, with a track record ofmanaging high-volume roles. 3. English proficiency B2+ or higher ismandatory. 4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and navigateambiguity within a complex matrix structure. 5. Solution-oriented,adaptable, with a strong growth mindset. 6. Speed, accuracy, andcollaborative relationship-building skills. 7. Strong presentationand negotiation skills. 8.
