Your Role Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization's people development initiatives. This role will focus on developing and implementing local and global programs to improve employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Your Responsibilities Support business unity and functional unit development by implementing POD solutions and tools, considering synergies across the four countries. Analyze HR systems data to generate insights and bridge local initiatives, trainings, and tools solutions for the cluster and each BU/FU – HRBP. Manage the local talent program (interns and apprentices), preparing and implementing development solutions and training to ensure these talents serve as the pipeline for entry-level positions in BUs and Knowledge Centers. Lead and manage the local language program for the cluster, including policy development, provider management, requirements, employee development, improvements, and cost management. Support action plans for talent identification and succession planning, as well as development plans. Support the implementation of global programs and processes, including communication plans, driving impact, and adoption. Lead the recognition program for the cluster (extra mile contributions), including policy development, nominee selection, recognition sessions, and quarterly awards. Evaluate and propose improvements. Support the implementation of the EVP (Employee Value Proposition). Build relationships and participate in career fairs with universities and social institutions to position the brand and attract entry-level talent for Knowledge Centers and BUs. Support Knowledge Centers with training, change management, and culture solutions to develop operational leaders, improve adaptation, and enhance team performance. Plan the annual training agenda, considering the needs of each BU, Knowledge Center, and country, ensuring synergy between countries. Prepare and implement leadership programs (materials, activities, local adaptations, translations, logistics) to ensure impactful local experiences. Facilitate training sessions, bringing expertise and impact, while also preparing HRBPs. Evaluate onboarding experiences for each BU/FU, propose customized improvements to accelerate adaptation. Evaluate leadership onboarding on local needs and implement improvements. Partner with HRBPs to monitor the effectiveness of actions in the GPTW plan for each BU/FU. Represent our cluster in the talent development community, sharing needs, seeking benchmarks, best practices, and insights. Manage and control POD data, generating insights. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency, especially in verbal communication, as the role requires regular interaction with the global community and materials. Previous experience in People & Organizational Development (POD) or Project Management. Experience with Employee Experience initiatives or related projects is a strong plus.
