Their responsibilities include layout, adaptation, digital retouching, and final delivery of visually appealing pieces tailored to suit different media platforms. They will work closely with the creative team to ensure all deliverables are of high quality and align with brand guidelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual style across all final assets, focusing on digital retouching, and producing visually captivating designs. • Execute a variety of enhanced print and digital assets such as social media graphics, website designs, marketing collateral, and retouched photographs. • Assist in adapting, resizing, and retouching assets for various media platforms and formats. • Implement feedback to ensure designs and retouched images meet project requirements and adhere to brand guidelines. • Efficiently complete various production tasks, such as image clean-up, digital retouching, prepping files, and preparing assets for delivery. • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production and retouching process. • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and production techniques, particularly in digital retouching. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS : • 'Basic knowledge in layout, digital retouching, and final file delivery specifications for both print and digital (social media pieces, landing pages, email design). • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote. • Outstanding visual design and digital retouching skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition. • Ability to conceptualize and create engaging designs and enhanced imagery across various media platforms. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
