We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. Job Description - Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings. - Prepare and edit reports and other documents. - Maintain organized filing systems. - Handle incoming emails. - Assist in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials. - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. - Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Key Requirements: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of discretion and confidentiality.
