Country Brand Lead Oncology Pfizer seeks a Country Brand Lead Oncology to lead the development and execution of oncology brand strategies in Colombia. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute portfolio strategies to meet local market needs and define local priorities for brands, including prelaunch plans for oncology pipeline products. - Provide local insights and brand feedback to internal stakeholders, including local, regional, and global teams. - Forecast portfolio performance, track progress toward targets, and actively participate in revenue adjustments throughout the year during the LE process. - Develop and own the local omnichannel strategy and overall objectives, as well as commercial tactical plans in collaboration with content and channel managers. - Select best-fitting modules from regional content and customize, manage approval, and roll out new promotional materials as needed. - Cross-functional brand leadership across customer-facing colleagues, GAV, account management, medical, legal, regulatory, compliance, finance, logistics, and other departments. - E nsure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws, and regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. - English language proficiency (written and spoken). - Understanding of the healthcare environment and background in the oncology market/high-cost molecules is essential for this role. - Strategic vision, analytical skills, and ability to execute with accuracy. - Strong relationship-building skills across departments and good communication skills to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders and management at all levels. - Exceptional prioritization ability to work effectively under pressure and in complex environments. - Excellent time-management, well-organized, and self-motivated. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
