The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, an understanding of distributor operations, and experience working with multinational distribution networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Account Management Manage and grow sales with key distribution partners (Ingram Micro, Intcomex, etc.) across Central America, Colombia, and Caribbean islands. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Drive sell-in and sell-through plans, ensuring inventory movement across channels. Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, managing commercial relationships at all levels (purchasing, sales, marketing, finance). Ensure pricing alignment and competitive positioning in each market. 2. Forecasting & Order Processing Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to optimize supply chain and inventory levels. Oversee order processing, logistics coordination, and distributor replenishments. Ensure distributor compliance with payment terms, credit lines, and financial commitments. 3. Trade Marketing & Channel Execution Work with distributors to execute marketing campaigns, product activations, and promotions. Ensure proper brand visibility, in-store execution, and digital presence. Train distributor sales teams on product features, competitive advantages, and key selling points. 4. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities across the region. Provide insights on product demand, customer preferences, and industry trends to inform business strategies. 5. Internal Collaboration & Reporting Align with finance, logistics, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and inventory status. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with distributors to assess results and set future objectives.What do we expect✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, International Trade, or related fields. ✔ 5+ years of experience in key account management, distributor sales, or business development. ✔ Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written) – required for negotiations and distributor engagement. ✔ Strong knowledge of forecasting, order processing, and supply chain coordination. ✔ Proven experience in trade marketing execution and sales growth strategies. ✔ Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly. ✔ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. ✔ Availability to travel within the assigned region when required.
