Join our team as a Retail Execution Coordinator Junior. You’ll be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of retail strategies and initiatives at the point of sale. This position is critical for driving brand visibility, optimizing product placement, and ensuring compliance with commercial plans, all of which contribute to maximizing sales and improving the shopper experience. This role is located in Cali. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects). A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Execution Guidelines : Strengthen execution guidelines based on the Picture of Success. Provide clear guidance to merchandisers to ensure proper implementation. Strategic Execution : Execute the correct portfolio for each region and client, considering consumer behavior and constructive variables. Manage product flow, physical location strategy, pricing, and the placement of innovations. Customer Focus : Ensure the proper placement of POP materials to enhance product visibility, highlight promotional plans, and increase brand relevance for consumers. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field. Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT). Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills, highly competitive, tenacious, and self-motivated. Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Minimum 2-year experience in commercial / trade marketing functions. English Intermediate.
