Job summary We are looking for our new Junior Accountant (Only for people from Latin America) You must be organized, proactive, and have good judgment. Integrity and confidentiality are essential for the position. Ideally, you should also have experience with US companies in the technology sector (a plus). Responsibilities - Record revenue from SaaS business models, subscriptions, and IT services. - Issue invoices for domestic and international clients and track payments. - Manage income from digital payment platforms. - Handle payments to software providers, cloud services and SaaS tools. - Monitor development costs, digital marketing expenses, and customer acquisition spending. - Oversee budgets and operational costs to maintain healthy cash flow. - Perform bank reconciliations across multiple currencies and international accounts. - Record and analyze financial transactions, including foreign Exchange adjustments. - Assist in managing investment funds, grants, or venture capital (VC) funding. - Prepare key financial reports for investors and stakeholders. - Support monthly closing processes and financial reporting. - Generate profitability reports and key financial metrics for startups - Assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. - Collaborate in internal and external audits for investors or regulatory agencies. Desired requirements - 2 years of experience working in the accounting area in US companies handling everything mentioned in the responsibilities. - Experience in technology companies or startups will be valued - English level B2+ (Please apply ONLY if you meet this requirement).
