Job Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from kick-off through go-live and post-production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria. The ideal candidate should have experience managing complex software development projects and be comfortable writing business requirements documents in English. Lead projects from kick-off through go-live and post-production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria. 2. Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and progress. 3. Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes, and verify with the product owner. 4. Coordinate and manage all aspects of fixed price and T&M; projects, including scope, schedule, budget/costs, resources, and dependencies. 5. Interface with clients daily, holding demos and managing expectations. 6. Present requirements to the team, support the team on requirements and minimize time spent by the team to elaborate on requirements for their current tasks. 7. Participate in the presales process — elicit high-level scope and prepare required deliverables. 8. Facilitate UAT/production deployments and manage releases. 9. Prepare the WBS/Roadmap and resource plans. 10. Establish governance models, manage virtual teams, and resolve people management issues. 11. Implement organizational best practices on the projects. 12. Create project management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change & risk management, as well as Agile ceremonies. 13. Create metrics and manage program-level performance indicators and metrics. 14. Serve as a subject matter expert on multiple complex technical topics. 15. Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the program management function.
