Responsibilities - Assist in complying with organizational policies regarding expenses when receiving documents for registration, including cutoff dates and formal requirements. - Support invoice causation processes and bank reconciliations. - Assist in the accounting registration of all documents related to accounts payable, creditors, expenses, and legalizations. - Verify, with guidance, the identification of cost centers associated with costs and expenses for proper registration. - Notify relevant credit notes for invoice cancellations or changes requested by purchasing, inventory, and other expense-generating areas. Requirements - Be a student in technical or technological programs in accounting, finance, or related fields. - Have institutional approval to undertake internships. - Solid knowledge of accounting and finance. - Immediate availability to start in-person internships. We Offer - Learning contract. - Financial bonus equivalent to 75% of the SMLV. - Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
