We are seeking a world-class Partner Sales Manager to drive opportunities with leading partners (Global ISVs). This exciting role will deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Amazon Web Services' Cloud Computing Platform, covering infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Machine Learning, Big Data, analytics, and Mobile services across AWS's customers by leveraging partners. You will be responsible for driving the AWS business opportunities with Global ISVs, teaming with account teams and leadership to address business needs within Enterprise Customers. Additionally, this role will focus on nurturing operational relationships with the Global ISV community in NOLA (Colombia, Central America, Caribbean, and Peru). The ideal candidate will possess a business background enabling engagement at the CxO level with Enterprise Customers and SI's, as well as the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. They should also have experience building and conveying compelling value propositions. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth from large and small- to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies, believing world-class support is critical to customer success. Key job responsibilities include: • Defining and executing the partner program for Colombia, establishing business and technical relationships, and managing day-to-day interactions with these organizations to build long-term business and marketing opportunities. • Having a holistic view of the Global ISVs Partner Community, understanding GISV partner capabilities and solutions that solve Customer challenges. • Advising customers and commercial sales teams on partner value, engagement, and recommending qualified partners to support customer needs. • Expanding existing AWS footprint and driving new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue, focusing on business outcomes. • Owning deal execution with partners, leveraging Partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices. • Working closely with Solution Architects to ensure partners deliver quality results and collaborating with Global ISV Partner Development Managers on engaging Global ISV partners in the local market. A day in the life involves having a holistic view of the Global ISV Partner Community in the context of the NOLA business, a deep understanding of partner capabilities and solutions. This role requires strong interlock with Global ISV Partner Managers and Enterprise Sales teams, collaboratively setting out, executing, and managing the aggregated Global ISV portfolio in NOLA. It also involves setting up and executing a Global ISV and Enterprise Sales team operational cadence in NOLA to ensure strong governance on relationship mapping and Executive cadence. Prior experience working with Independent Software Vendors, System Integrators, and Consulting Companies is essential.
