As the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for defining, driving, and executing WPP Media's global talent acquisition strategy from a sourcing and engagement perspective. This role demands a strategic visionary who can translate business objectives into actionable talent acquisition initiatives, optimize operational excellence, and champion WPP Media as an employer of choice in a highly competitive market. You will be instrumental in shaping our future workforce by building robust talent pipelines and fostering a culture of continuous innovation within the talent engagement function. Key Responsibilities: - Define and champion the overarching global talent engagement and sourcing strategy, ensuring alignment with WPP Media's long-term business objectives, growth initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals, including the strategic sourcing and recruitment of executive-level talent within the LATAM region. - Serve as a thought leader in talent acquisition, continuously identifying emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain WPP Media's competitive edge in talent attraction. - Drive innovation within the talent engagement function, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Requirements: - 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent sourcing, or a related HR leadership function, with a significant portion dedicated to strategic leadership and team management. - Proven experience leading and scaling teams of talent acquisition professionals, including managers, with a track record of developing talent and fostering high-performing cultures. - Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive talent sourcing and engagement strategies at a global or regional level within a complex, fast-paced organization. - Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex business objectives into innovative and effective talent acquisition solutions. - Deep understanding of talent market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and advanced sourcing methodologies and technologies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive insights, inform strategy, and demonstrate ROI. - Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. - Experience in the media, advertising, or creative industries is highly preferred. Experience with global or multi-regional talent acquisition strategies (e.g., LATAM, EMEA, APAC) is a significant advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
