As a Director - Service Delivery working On-Site in Barranquilla, Colombia, you'll bring humanity to business. Key Responsibilities - Manage client relationships by discussing goals and needs, ensuring team alignment with new project information, and actively improving processes and performance for enhanced results. - Act as the face of TTEC, fostering a healthy, continuous relationship with clients while developing and motivating your team to reach their full potential. Reporting Structure You will report to the Executive Director, Service Delivery, making an impact through client and team relationships that drive growth and success. Typical Day Activities 1. Manage communications with clients and business partners to maintain a healthy relationship, align goals, and meet needs. 2. Motivate others by driving client messages to your team, engaging, and supporting staff to ensure projects are on track and up-to-date. 3. Improve key success metrics: forecasting accuracy, revenue and margin goals, client, customer, and Employee satisfaction scores, call volume projections, contractual bonus goals, and contractual client metric goals. Requirements - Associate degree, technical school or equivalent work experience. - 2+ years of call center management experience. - Promote a performance-driven culture and continuously strive for excellence. - Mentor and inspire others to reach their full potential. - Engage and support your team with necessary tools and systems for day-to-day tasks. - Customer-focused mindset.
