The Sales and Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in driving Connext Global Solutions' growth by supporting both the sales and marketing departments. Job Description - Develop and execute automated outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. - Utilize email marketing automation tools to nurture leads, track engagement, and analyze campaign performance. - Manage and maintain CRM (HubSpot) to track KPIs, sales metrics, and lead performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and effective lead nurturing. - Create and execute social media strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to enhance brand visibility, engage with customers, and drive website traffic. - Develop engaging digital content, including blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies, to educate customers, showcase expertise, and establish thought leadership. - Assist in designing infographics, eBooks, and sales collateral to support marketing campaigns and enhance customer experience. - Plan and execute automated email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement, leveraging A/B testing and segmentation to maximize impact. - Optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data to improve campaign performance and inform marketing strategy. - Assist in website content updates and SEO optimization, including keyword research and metadata improvements, to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. - Create and manage landing pages to enhance lead capture and campaign effectiveness, while providing a seamless user experience. - Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices, informing marketing strategy and decision-making. - Track and analyze marketing KPIs to measure success, inform decision-making, and optimize marketing efforts. - Develop reports and dashboards to track sales funnel performance and marketing ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making and resource allocation. - Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Framer, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment. - Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets, marketing materials, and campaigns, upholding the Connext Global Solutions' reputation and values. - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and managing customer databases, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, monitor their performance, and suggest improvements, driving results-oriented marketing initiatives.
