About the Role Accountable for brand planning our aimis to build deeper connections with audiences that go beyond thebanner. We transform our clients’ business objectives and productstrategy into insight-rooted plans. We build and maintain strongrelationships with media owners to ensure that our plans are themost innovative in the industry. We manage all reservation basedmedia activity to ensure delivery against campaign objectives. Youwill help oversee development of audience and media research data,development of media plans and best in class campaign management. Some of the things we’d like you to do: 1. Input into tacticalcampaign outputs, specifically investigate media selections andcustom opportunities. 2. Be the agency lead for research tools,delivering data points for consumer insight generation. 3. Turntactical presentations into media plans that excite the client anddeliver against their objective. 4. Input into post campaignreviews with insightful analysis, demonstrating the effectivenessof our planning. 5. Manage personal KPI and career progression ofExecutives and review all work to ensure it’s high standard. 6. Build relationships with media representatives to maintain businesspartnerships, give account updates and briefings for industrytrends. 7. Input into publisher briefs for custom innovation. A bitabout yourself: 1. Likely 1-3 years experience at a digital mediaagency. 2. Previous experience buying reserved media. 3. Ability towork in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but alsocapable of working independently when needed. 4. Exceptional verbal& written communication skills - ability to think on your feet.5. Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze raw data, identifytrue insight and develop actionable recommendations. A naturalaffinity with numbers is a must. 6. Strong work ethic – highlyorganized, diligent and attentive to detail. 7. A self-motivatedindividual who is well organized and can manage multiple publisherconversations at the same time.
