We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect to lead a team of developers and QA engineers. This role requires someone who can ensure best practices are followed, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and stay actively involved in development when needed. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce expertise and experience working in high-volume data environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead a Salesforce development team, including developers and QA engineers Remain hands-on in both architecture and development tasks Enforce Salesforce development and architecture best practices Collaborate with team leads, architects, and client stakeholders to align solutions with business goals Optimize Salesforce performance in large-data environments (nice to have) Maintain high standards in code quality, CI/CD, and production monitoring Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise settings Strong knowledge of Salesforce (UI, Apex, Lightning, API integrations) Practical experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) Understanding of CI/CD processes (Copado preferred, open to upskilling) Clear understanding of code quality standards Familiarity with monitoring production environments Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce performance tuning in high-volume orgs Experience working with distributed international teams Compensation & Benefits: Monthly salary: $5,000–$7,000 USD depending on location and contract type Labor contract provided Additional benefits: private health insurance, home office setup allowance, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
