We are looking for a professional with a relevant background in military or law enforcement agencies who will lead the Security & Safety function for Colombia’s business products. Responsibilities and goals: Corporate Security: staff, business travelers Onboarding Security training. Security Awareness training. BGC and vetting: launch of the process, vendors management and collaboration. Internal investigations (misconduct, breaking of Policies, fraud, etc). Facility and Property Protection: offices, Hubs, sorting centers, etc: Develop, design and localize Security SOPs, protocols and procedures for Colombia business products. Manage Security and Safety vendors (guard, tech vendors), align KPI’s and targets, drills, etc. Ad hoc facility security tasks resolution. Business continuity and Operations support: Risk assessment for LATAM business products (Security part). Crisis Management team participation. Critical incidents response and risks mitigation. Research of business products weaknesses (personal, facility, vendors, etc). Government relation and cooperation: collaborate with countries/regional authorities, law enforcement agencies on security-related topics. Investigations (misconduct, breaking of Policies, fraud, etc). Qualifications: Analytical skills MS Office Legislation knowledge Prior military or law enforcement experience TECH security expert: LATAM best practices, vendors and solutions: CCTV, access control, etc. Deep understanding of current security situation and possible risks in the region Strong writing and verbal skills in English Why work with Yango?
