Requirements - Bilingual professional in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry, with a postgraduate degree in Quality or related fields. - Minimum of 6 years of experience leading quality departments in companies within the food sector. - Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, Dietary Supplements, Risk Management, and SAP. Key Responsibilities - Ensure that physicochemical and microbiological analyses are consistently carried out under defined quality standards, ensuring compliance with procedures, internal policies, and GLP. - Guarantee that analyses are performed to deliver reliable results for the physicochemical tests conducted on materials to be used in product manufacturing. - Conduct audits of plant service and material suppliers. - Ensure proper handling and disposition of raw materials, packaging materials, supplies, bulk products, and finished goods. - Maintain feedback to clients on the status of changes according to established quality agreements, ensuring compliance with commitments. - Ensure the proper detection, assessment, treatment, communication, and establishment of corrective and preventive actions for reportable events within the quality system of the plants under their responsibility.
