We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our sales operations in the fast-paced staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales leadership, preferably within the recruiting, outsourcing, or staffing sector. This role is critical to expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and positioning the company as a trusted talent partner to U.S.-based clients. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives in staffing and workforce solutions. Business Development : Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with U.S.-based companies seeking nearshore or offshore staffing solutions. Client Relationship Management : Build strong, consultative relationships with key clients, understanding their workforce needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement. Revenue Growth : Drive top-line growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients across various verticals such as Admin, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and IT. Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform sales tactics and service offerings. Collaboration : Work closely with operations, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment of client expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the staffing or talent acquisition industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing large enterprise accounts. Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market and experience working with remote or global teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and optimize sales performance. C1 English level Preferred Skills: Experience selling nearshore/remote staffing solutions.
