Background requirement Working experience in Chevrolet, JAC or JMC. Used to take charge the fleet customer developing work. Has the experience of team management.( Need to have an experience at least showroom leader or fleet customer manager) Duty: Fleet Customer Sales Team Management 1.1 Establish the target and plan of the fleet customer developing with Chinese team, 1.2 Lead the local fleet customer sales agent of FOTON. 1.3 Achieve fleet customer development goals 1.4 Coordinate FOTON team resources, such as service resources, training resources, etc 1.5 Weekly progress report and Monthly performance summary to Chinese Team. Salary range Monthly: 2500-4000USD(10,250,000-16,400,000 COP) Based on the historical salary level and interview performance. 75% Basic+25% KPI(The first 2 months will get the full Salary, the KPI salary part will be started from 3rd month. The KPI salary will be provided base on 50% sales target achievement, 30% Customer visit quantity and 20% supervisor evaluation) Working Position Bogota Work time: 8:30-12:30 13:30-5:30, 5 days a week(4 more hours will be used to cover the meeting in night or Business travel if it is necessary)
