Unspecified Job Responsibilities: Performs a variety of duties, including but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Acts as local on-site representative to the customer’s organization. Provision of data and service reports Reports to the Regional Manager; is supervised by a Local Lead Technician Troubleshoot and identify hardware errors Responds to any trouble calls from within the customer Is trained in applications usage and can provide end user assistance.
