The Role The Group Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the Group’s cashflows and banking relationships, while ensuring the Group limits its foreign currency exposure, maintains sufficient liquidity and maximizes its use of excess cash. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Transactional Processing, the Group Treasury Analyst is a critical role, responsible for: Management of cashflows and liquidity across all Genius Sports Companies Reporting, monitoring and management of Banking covenants, baskets and other applicable Banking facility terms Administration and Maintenance of the Group’s banking and credit card relationships Duties & Responsibilities Consolidation of weekly group cashflows, to determine short-term subsidiary funding requirements Regular reporting against group banking covenants Monitoring of the group’s compliance with baskets and covenant terms Production of historic monthly cashflow reports Supporting Senior Management with cashflow forecasting Completion of KYC documentation across banking relationships Setup of new accounts as necessary Maintenance and administration of Group’s key banking and credit card relationships Responsible for the maintenance of appropriate banking access across the group Implementation of banking controls in line with group’s Delegation of Authority and SOX recommendations Effective Cash management, including sweeps et al, across the group to minimize risk and interest costs on credit facilities Preparation of treasury financial information and KPIs for management reporting as required Supporting group and statutory audits on cash procedures, such as bank confirmations Supporting the month end process where necessary Required Skills & Experience Understanding and experience of treasury process and accounting including basic FX, liquidity, cashflow management Meticulous attention to detail, organized, able to manage own time and workload and demonstrate initiative Team player with hands-on, down to earth attitude and approach A great communicator, influencer and relationship builder with all levels Microsoft applications, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word with excellent modelling and presentation skills Proven experience working in a multinational company Proactive, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities Strong communication skills, both verbal and written What’s in it for you?
