Focus on ensuring program excellence, methodological consistency, and contractual compliance while positively influencing scorecard results and overall client satisfaction. Responsible for creating a cohesive, data-driven approach that maximizes program synergies, meets contractual obligations, and adds value to the local IFM operation. Position Objectives Lead and supervise the following strategic programs and their respective Program Managers: Sustainability and Safety Accessibility Life Cycle Renewal Employee Experience Occupancy Planning Reliability Maintenance Program Integration and Methodology Inventory and align IFM programs across the region. Develop and implement strategies for integration and optimization to ensure successful execution of all supervised programs. Alignment of Training and Governance Establish and maintain links with the Governance Program team Coordinate effectively among Program Managers to align with Microsoft's strategic objectives Ensure regular contact between programs and SMEs Manage budgets, resources, and schedules for multiple programs simultaneously Contractual Compliance and KPIs Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs aligned with SOW requirements and program objectives Report regularly to senior management on program status, progress, and challenges Program Documentation Maintain an up-to-date inventory of regional program documentation RACI Implementation Ensure and maintain standardized RACIs for all programs to clarify roles and responsibilities organization-wide Continuous Improvement and Communication Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and synergy among programs Serve as the primary contact for communication with key Microsoft stakeholders Implement management methodologies and best practices specific to the IFM sector Main Responsibilities Strategic Program Management: Coordinate IFM programs across Latin America; develop and implement strategic plans for program integration and optimization; align regional programs with global initiatives and client goals Quality and Performance Assurance: Establish and monitor KPIs; ensure contractual obligations are met; implement continuous improvement initiatives Financial Management: Contribute to cost optimization strategies Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with program managers and leadership teams; collaborate across functions for integrated service delivery Leadership and Team Development: Lead regional IFM professionals; foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning; ensure team training and development Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular performance reports; utilize data analytics for decision-making; develop dashboards for real-time performance monitoring Key Performance Indicators Program Integration and Alignment Customer Satisfaction Operational Efficiency Team Performance and Development Stakeholder Feedback Reporting Accuracy and Data Utilization Technical Requirements Strong technical knowledge in hard services for Integrated Facility Management Deep understanding of building and maintenance standards in Latin America Technical knowledge in accessibility and inclusive design practices Experience with maintenance management systems Advanced skills in data analysis and program management tools Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field Minimum of 7 years in facilities management, with at least 4 years in senior leadership managing complex, multi-site portfolios Proven experience in integrating and optimizing multiple IFM programs with strong performance metrics and data analysis skills Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is desirable Skills and Competencies Cultural sensitivity for working across multiple countries Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Proactive problem solver, initiative-taker, goal-oriented Ability to work independently and collaboratively Multitasking, pressure management, and prioritization skills Desire to work in a diverse, collaborative, and dynamic environment Proven leadership skills with influence and team alignment capabilities Systematic thinking and ability to create integrated solutions across multiple service lines #J-18808-Ljbffr
