Job Description We are seeking a delivery-focused Information Security Consultant to enhance our IT Security tools, including Endpoint Protection, Network Security, and Log collection and analysis, critical for Eurofins Security Operations. The role involves championing new extensions to our monitoring & detection environment and re-building initiatives for existing components. This hands-on position requires a proactive attitude and close collaboration with operations, infrastructure, and project teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage continuous improvement of endpoint security solutions and log collection/treatment tools, adhering to internal policies. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot these solutions. Manage policies and software deployment for security solutions. Configure and troubleshoot key elements of Eurofins' global IT infrastructure. Approach technical problems with a project mindset, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and supporting resolutions. Provide technical support for Priority 1 incidents, aiding in resolving performance issues related to security solutions. Qualifications To succeed, the candidate must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The following requirements are indicative of the necessary knowledge, skills, or abilities: 5-10 years of experience in IT Security or Infrastructure and Operations. Experience with Endpoint Protection, Endpoint Detection and Response, Secure Web Gateway Service, DNS Layer Security Service. Experience with SIEM and SOAR, CRIBL technologies. Strong prior experience with endpoint protection solutions from a Product Owner or Administrator perspective. Solid technical background in enterprise infrastructure implementation. Proven expertise as an infrastructure/operations/project team expert. Experience in a global, enterprise environment. Team player with attention to detail.
