The company has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years and serves a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries, managing more than 15 million endpoints globally. **Position Overview**: **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: **ESSENTIAL DUTIES A**ND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and maintenance. - Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs. - Provide design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. - Coordinate and conduct testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT. - Develop technical specifications and project plans. - Perform system troubleshooting and fix bugs. - Ensure the system’s scalability and security. - Keep abreast of developments and new features in Salesforce and integrate them into the company’s systems. - Provide technical support and training for Salesforce end-users. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture and the Salesforce ecosystem. - Strong knowledge of CRM workflows and custom solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus. - Experience with Salesforce implementation projects. - Knowledge of data integration and migration. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. **YOUR REWARD**: Join the fastest growing tech company in the world servicing over 50,000 companies globally!
