Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium- to high-complexity applications. Actively participates in all phases of the application development lifecycle. Collaborates with project stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities. Recommends and promotes industry standards, tools, and practices (e.g., DevOps) to ensure well-engineered software products. Proposes improvements and escalates risks or issues related to development activities. Reviews the work of development team members and provides constructive feedback. Learns and applies new technologies, tools, and practices as required by the project. Engages in internal and external tech communities, events, and discussions. Shares knowledge and experience gained from projects to contribute to team growth. Qualifications Solid understanding of programming paradigms (OOP, Functional) and familiarity with design/architectural patterns (e.g., SOLID, GoF, MVVM) and clean code principles. Practical experience with database systems (SQL), version control systems like Git, and testing/mocking frameworks. Proficient in HTML and CSS. Nice to have: Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, Next.js, NestJS, Webpack, and Babel. Familiar with communication protocols and standards (e.g., HTTP, REST, JSON, TCP/IP). Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, KANBAN) and knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
