We are seeking aRegional Director of Product Management for the Latin American andCaribbean region to oversee product solutions and P&Lmanagement; for our CA&E; Line of Business: Personalization. Thisrole requires expertise in managing Personalization (powered by ourDynamic Yield capabilities) and ensuring the product is scaledacross the region. The candidate must have a deep understanding ofthe competitive landscape, ensure the product meets local marketneeds, and proactively enhance and innovate the product line bycollecting requirements for future development. The position willensure the product aligns with local market needs, delivergo-to-market strategies, and partner closely with Commercializationteams to integrate the product into the broader solutions portfolioto achieve business outcomes. Collaboration with Regional andGlobal Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads, and AccountManagers is essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as ProductOwner for Personalization: - Bring the global product to theregion, including use cases. - Understand and contribute to theglobal roadmap. - Track budget and forecasts. - Lead productlocalization and go-to-market strategies. - Manage studioprocesses, including pricing. - Engage in pilots and vendor/partnermanagement. - Source offers in-market. 2. Act as Regional SME: -Understand the regional competitive landscape. - Map regional painpoints and needs. - Conduct training and educational sessions forAccount Managers and Sales teams. - Measure and articulate theproduct's value and impact. All About You: - Proven experience inproduct, sales, or client services leadership with a track recordof driving growth. - Expertise in Digital Marketing and Martechsolutions. - Experience in high tech or IT industries, especiallywith digital retail and financial institutions. - Strong businessacumen and experience launching and scaling products in dynamicmarkets. - Consultative mindset with customer-centric approach. -Skilled in influencing teams and unifying stakeholders aroundstrategic goals. - Experience developing go-to-market strategiesand sales enablement plans. - Ability to navigate complex deals andengage with executive clients. - Deep understanding of markettrends and consumer behavior. - Creative problem-solving skills andability to align diverse teams. - Growth-oriented, adaptable, andthrives in fast-paced environments. - International and matrixorganization experience preferred. - Excellent networking,communication, and storytelling skills, focused on results. -Ability to work across diverse geographies and cultures. - Highanalytical skills and experience applying data in lifecycledecisions. - Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highlydesirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
