Marketing Lead About Us: We are building infrastructure for better food at City Storage Systems. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. About the Role: We need a marketing professional with 5–7 years of experience to lead multi-channel campaigns. You will own key growth initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally and shape our lead generation tactics. What You'll Do: - Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, content, paid media and events - Own campaign performance metrics and report on results and optimizations - Manage lead generation and nurture programs - Execute creative marketing strategies across B2B and B2C audiences - Launch full-funnel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention Who You Are: - 5–7 years of marketing experience in a high-growth or tech environment - B2B and B2C knowledge preferred - Knowledge and experience with Google and Linkedin ads - Proven success managing marketing campaigns - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize Requirements: This role is based in Bogotá office location.
