We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Mobile Axept’s SMS-based donation and mobile payment platform , acting as the key link between stakeholders and engineering. What You’ll Do Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring alignment across priorities and goals. Capture, analyze, and refine requirements , translating them into clear user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria. Map current vs. future-state processes , identifying opportunities for optimization and automation. Ensure delivered features meet business objectives , regulatory standards , and customer expectations . Operate within an Agile environment , participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven projects. Strong ability to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders . Excellent skills in requirement gathering , process mapping , and user story creation . Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a strong plus. Fluent in English and Spanish.
