Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our team. As a key member, you will create engaging motion graphics and animations for our video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of typography, layouts, and visual aesthetics, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Main Responsibilities: - Create compelling motion graphics and animations for our video content - Develop static design ideas to get buy-in on creative before animating - Collaborate with other motion designers to execute brand creative materials - Enthusiastically partner with peers and internal clients to ensure work meets creative and strategic standards Requirements: - 3-6 years of motion design experience at a design shop, tech company, ad agency, or similar - Strong understanding of file structure and project workflow - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Possess a love of design and eagerness to understand the principles underpinning successful motion design work
