In our fast-paced, high-energy environment, you will handle inquiries with efficiency and grace, resolve issues with a solutions-oriented mindset, and assist customers in crafting unforgettable floral moments. This role requires precision, passion, and the ability to anticipate customer needs before they arise. Our hours of operation are 7AM–8PM PST , with 8-hour shifts scheduled within this window. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, embodying warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. Guide customers through product selection, custom arrangements, and order placement with a consultative approach. Anticipate and resolve customer concerns swiftly, ensuring an elevated and memorable experience. Process orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM systems, ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery. Collaborate closely with internal teams via Slack to maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Key Skills and Experience Required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for engaging diverse clientele.
