Job Description - Maintain MSP client relationship through regular consultation of market dynamics and fulfillment strategy. Assist with facility order projections and identify opportunities for process improvement. Review and share best practices across MSP clients and resolve escalated service situations in order to position AMN as a critical partner in the clients’ success. - Create and submit reports to clients in order to communicate activity, key metrics, and strategy development. - Develop and present customized Business Reviews to client to communicate recent activity and overall effectiveness of the relationship between AMN and the MSP client. - Facilitate strategic planning process with client, in conjunction with Business Reviews, to identify needs for process improvement, discuss product/service expansion opportunities, or system upgrades. - Communicate program performance to AMN executive leadership through presentations, reports, and meetings in order to maintain accountability, set goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. - Dotted line partnership with Account Management team - maintain effective leadership and communication to ensure fill rate and service delivery. Minimum Education/Certifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Experience: - 5-7 years in managed services, staffing, or industry related sales or service. - Supervisory responsibilities. Preferred Experience - 1-2 years in healthcare industry.
