Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated and articulate Patient Success Coordinator to support patient acquisition and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based interaction, has a warm yet confident communication style, and can stay organized while managing leads and schedules within a CRM system. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective patients to follow up on inquiries or appointment requests. - Handle patient follow-ups, reschedules, and simple qualification questions. - Manage and update CRM records and lead tracking. - Coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely patient scheduling and hand-offs. - Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone across all interactions. - Use Google Sheets or similar tools to track performance and pipeline activities. Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or patient-facing role. - Strong verbal English communication skills; confident on the phone with B2C customers. - Experience using a CRM (any platform) and Google Sheets. - Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups and schedules. - Empathetic, proactive, and persistent personality.
