Reporting to the Market Quality Lead, this unified role will be responsible for several key areas. Main Responsibilities: - Manage claims and Prior Work Approvals (PWA) efficiently. - Maintain effective communication with Honda networks through regular updates and support. - Oversee warranty operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes. - Conduct warranty training to support network development and growth. - Ensure compliance through regular Honda network audits. - Generate accurate warranty reports to inform business decisions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Key Objectives: 1. Continuously identify and implement efficiencies and improvements in warranty processes. 2. Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance overall business performance.
