Key responsibilities: • Manage assigned client portfolio, focusing on loyalty and growth. • Identify business opportunities in import, export, international transportation, and customs operations services. • Prepare customized business proposals and quotes according to client requirements. • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure efficient service execution. • Conduct post-sale follow-up to assess satisfaction and improvement opportunities. • Participate in business roundtables, networking events, and client visits. • Report progress, projections, and business closure to the commercial area. Requirements: • Professional in Foreign Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in commercial positions within the logistics or customs sector. • Knowledge of Colombian customs regulations, Incoterms, and import/export processes. • Intermediate-advanced English skills (minimum B2 conversational). • Excellent personal presentation, service attitude, and results-oriented approach. • Proficiency in CRM and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). • Contract: Indefinite Direct Directly with the client • Location: Dorado Plaza Business Center, Bogotá, Colombia • Salary: In the interview with the client, all details of the contractual + salary conditions will be communicated. • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (with a lunch break from 12 pm to 1 pm), and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm (sometimes) • Modality: 100% in-person • This is to manage the operations of a specific client.• So far, it has not been defined whether your functions will be in your own office or the client's.
