Job Description The POP Analyst will act as a key partner to assigned Patient Support Programs (PSPs), ensuring operational excellence and driving business results. - Monitor vendor performance and provide actionable insights to enhance patient and healthcare professional experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the design and implementation of innovative PSP solutions, leveraging strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between stakeholders and vendors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for PSP operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Manage and track vendor assessments, onboarding, and performance evaluations, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. - Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and internal processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risks. - Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. - Strategic and analytical thinking to support data-driven decision-making. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. - Demonstrated business partnering capabilities in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. - Experience managing budgets and tracking financial compliance. - Familiarity with vendor management and performance evaluation. - Basic to intermediate proficiency in English for professional communication. - Experience working with digital tools or platforms to support patient engagement initiatives. - Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and patient data privacy regulations.
