Descripción del empleo The Country Marketing Partner plays a strategic and business-critical role in accelerating revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness for SGS in Latin America. This role is designed to act as a trusted business partner for all Business Units, ensuring marketing is directly contributing to commercial success by shaping market-driven, customer-centric strategies that outsize growth. The position is responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive demand generation, enhance SGS’s positioning in the market, and strengthen our brand as the preferred choice for customers across industries. Additionally, this role has ownership and accountability for: Constantly analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to position SGS ahead of competitors. Closing the gap between where SGS stands today and where we need to be in the market. Designing practical, results-driven marketing strategies that are simple to apply yet deliver tangible business impact. This role requires a highly strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and is deeply aligned with commercial goals. Success in this role means contributing directly to revenue growth, increasing market penetration, and making SGS the first choice for customers in Latin America. Responsabilidades Act as a key marketing partner for the country Managing Director, Business Unit Leaders, and Commercial Teams. Align marketing efforts with business priorities and commercial strategies, ensuring marketing is a revenue-driving function. Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to leverage global best practices and adapt them to local market needs. Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to accelerate revenue growth and customer acquisition. Design and implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies to maximize opportunities with existing customers. Lead customer segmentation and targeting efforts, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are tailored for maximum impact in key markets. Partner with commercial teams to support sales enablement efforts, ensuring marketing strategies translate into tangible business outcomes. Own SGS’s market positioning strategy in the country, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and industry trends. Continuously map the competitive landscape, benchmarking SGS against key competitors and identifying differentiators that can drive market advantage. Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and preference, ensuring SGS is recognized as the most trusted provider of choice. Leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform marketing decisions, continuously measuring and optimizing performance. Establish clear KPIs and success metrics, tracking ROI of marketing initiatives and ensuring business impact is demonstrable. Utilize market research, customer insights, and industry trends to refine SGS’s go-to-market approach. Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships) that drive lead generation and customer engagement. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, website optimization, and social media strategies. Ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging and storytelling, working closely with regional and global marketing teams. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute impactful industry events, sponsorships, and customer engagement programs. Requisitos 10+ años de experiencia en marketing B2B, generación de demanda y posicionamiento de marca, preferiblemente en servicios profesionales, tecnología o sectores industriales. Historial comprobado de impulsar el crecimiento empresarial mediante iniciativas estratégicas de marketing en América Latina. Experiencia liderando equipos de marketing en múltiples países y trabajando en organizaciones matriciales y dinámicas. Sólida experiencia en marketing orientado a resultados con impacto directo en ventas, adquisición de clientes y crecimiento de ingresos. Amplio conocimiento en análisis competitivo, posicionamiento estratégico y storytelling de marca. Experiencia práctica en marketing digital, generación de leads, SEO/SEM y plataformas de automatización de marketing. Fluidez en español y portugués, con dominio del inglés para interactuar con equipos globales.
