Job Description We are seeking a seasoned design engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of luxury villas and boutique hotels. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in engineering systems, with a focus on efficiency and innovation. This role requires a creative and technical professional who can deliver high-quality engineering solutions while maintaining aesthetic and functional standards. You will be responsible for designing engineering systems that meet local building codes and industry standards. In this position, you will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems seamlessly into the overall project. You will lead the development of detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications using CAD and BIM tools. Key responsibilities include performing load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing to optimize performance and energy efficiency. You will oversee equipment selection, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and sustainability goals. You will conduct site visits and inspections during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications and address any technical challenges. Additionally, you will provide input during value engineering discussions to achieve the best balance between cost, quality, and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Building Engineering with a concentration in HVAC, Electric, or Plumbing. - 5 to 8 years of experience in design consultancy or general contractor. - Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects - private homes and villas, hotels, and resorts. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. - Professional level of English, both written and verbal. We work normal central European time zone (CET) working hours, and we expect you to participate in daily team meetings.
