Responsibilities Engage in productive discussions with a variety of audiences at both high and low levels of the system. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with solution architects to develop and maintain solution documentation, including API specifications, domain models, solution models, sequence diagrams, and event models. Work with product designers to enhance user experience in applications. Lead hand-off meetings to share solution specifications with the development team and provide ongoing guidance. Perform acceptance testing of features and assist in diagnosing issues. Analyze current store configurations and data, and collaborate on migration strategies and tools. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related engineering fields. Minimum of three years of relevant IT experience on large application initiatives. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both business stakeholders and technical peers. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Experience working with JSON files and understanding database concepts. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Nice to Have Experience with web application development and agile methodologies. Experience diagnosing application issues and familiarity with tools like Splunk. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, Postman, and programming languages such as C#. Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems. Knowledge of UML or similar modeling languages.
